As temperatures dropped in December, our team at Refuge Cities Network continued efforts to provide warmth and comfort to those in need. On December 19, in partnership with a local bank, we distributed 200 thick winter blankets to 100 families—each receiving two—to help them face the cold months ahead.
The beneficiaries included vulnerable Iraqi, Yemeni, and Syrian families residing in Jordan. Many of them live in difficult conditions with limited access to heating, making this support not only practical but life-sustaining. The smiles on the faces of parents and children alike reminded us how a simple act of compassion can bring hope and dignity during harsh seasons.
This effort is part of our ongoing commitment to meet urgent needs and support the wellbeing of displaced and underserved communities throughout the Kingdom.
