Nearly 700,000 Syrian refugees live in Jordan. A recent survey revealed that almost 23% of them — over 140,000 individuals — have some form of disability. Tragically, around 90% of children with disabilities remain excluded from the education system.

Persons with disabilities are among the most vulnerable, especially those living in rural or remote areas with limited access to services.

In this short film, we meet a devoted father and his daughter — a young girl with a disability — as they share their daily challenges, hopes, and dreams. Their story is one of love, perseverance, and the harsh reality many families face.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, RCN was able to provide the girl with a new wheelchair, along with other essential support — helping her move freely, attend community activities, and embrace life with renewed hope.
